Ohio's third Vax-a-Million winner is from central Ohio.
Mark Cline from the Union County village of Richwood is the third person to win the drawing for vaccinated Ohioans.
Sara Afaneh of Sheffield Lake in Lorain County won the third full college scholarship being given to vaccinated Ohioans between the ages of 12 and 17.
The drawings meant to entice people to get vaccinated initially led to a 43 percent increase in vaccinations, but those numbers have started to decline.
Two more drawings remain in the Vax-A-Million drawings for the $1 million prize and college scholarship.
