A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a 39-year old man for last month's kidnapping and rape of a woman in Franklinton.
Antwan Blackwell is accused of repeatedly raping a 51 year old woman at gunpoint on October 24. Police say he kidnapped her early that morning while she waited at a COTA bus stop at Sullivant Avenue and S. Glenwood Avenue.
Prosecutors say DNA found on the victim matched Blackwell's profile listed in an FBI database.
The Franklin County Grand Jury returned an eight-count indictment against Blackwell.
He's set for arraignment on November 13.
