The Ohio State University football team faces the University of Michigan, its biggest rival, tomorrow at noon at Michigan Stadium.
Coach Urban Meyer says the coaches and players always keep the Michigan game in mind throughout the year.
“This rivalry is not a one week deal," Meyer says. "It’s not, 'Hey let’s get this thing going. And I learned that from Woody Hayes, Earle Bruce, Jim Tressel. I just think it’s in your blood, it’s in your DNA."
At Saturday's game versus Michigan, Ohio State players will wear a sticker on their helmets with the letters TG in memory of former football star Terry Glenn. Glenn, who played for the Buckeyes in the 1990s, died this week in a one-car rollover accident in Dallas, Texas.
The game Saturday will be the 114th time Ohio State plays Michigan, but Ohio State has already clinched a spot in the Big Ten Championship. They’ll play against Wisconsin on December 2.
