President Trump will come to Cincinnati's Rivertowne Marina on the banks of the Ohio River this afternoon for a speech on the nation's inland waterways.
It's the president's first stop on a nationwide campaign to sell the $1 trillion nationwide infrastructure plan he rolled out at the White House Monday.
Trump is expected to talk at the East End marina about partnering with state and local governments to find ways of improving aging dams, locks and levees on waterways like the Ohio River.
It will be Trump's first visit to Cincinnati as president. But he did come to Cincinnati's US Bank Arena in December for the first stop on his national "thank you" tour.
There's been no word on whether the event will be open to the public.
There is no word on whether the president will address the apparent need to replace the over-worked and dilapidated Brent Spence Bridge. During the campaign, Trump vowed at campaign stops in the region that he would replace the bridge.
