The Governor's office today announced the head of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is leaving his post.
Steve Buehrer will step down April 15.
Governor Kasich appointed Buerher to the job in January, 2011. The Governor credits him with improving services for injured workers at a lower cost and getting Ohio's economy moving.
During Buehrer's tenure, the Bureau of Workers Compensation issued $4.3 billion dollars in rate cuts, credits and rebates.
