A group advocating for limiting drug prices for HIV/AIDS patients has filed a federal lawsuit against Secretary of State Jon Husted.
At issue is a proposed law that would limit the price of drugs used to treat HIV/AIDS patients.
The group Ohioans for Fair Drug Prices says petitions it gathered to certify its initiative were okayed by local election officials in all 88 counties.
In December, Husted returned all of the group's signature petitions back to local officials asking that they be re-certified.
Husted has said previously he is investigating claims of invalid petitions.
