Man Charged In 4 Slayings At Ohio Home Set For Arraignment

Frankin County Jail

A man charged in the slayings of four people at an Ohio home is set to be arraigned.

Prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty for 27-year-old Robert Lee Adams if he's convicted of aggravated murder. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday in Franklin County.

A grand jury indicted the Columbus man on 29 counts in the June 13 shootings of four people. The victims ranged in age from 18 to 41. A fifth person was shot but survived.

A 16-year-old boy accused of helping Adams is charged as a juvenile with murder and kidnapping. He pleaded not guilty.

Police say Adams told investigators the teen pulled the trigger.

Adams was arrested in Mississippi weeks after the shooting. He has been held on a $10 million bond.
