One of Central Ohio's newest corporate employers is being acquired by the company that owns shopping channel QVC.
Online retailer Zulily says it's being purchased by Liberty Interactive Corporation for $2.32 billion.
Zulily had been partially owned by Chinese retail giant Alibaba. Last year, Zulily expanded an Obetz distribution center to employ 900 workers.
