New Book Says "Soft Money" Is Changing American Democracy

In his new book, Daniel Tokaji details what he calls one of the most important recent develpoments in American democracy: the explosion of independent campaign spending, or soft money. Tokaji is an election law professor who's new book is titled "The New Soft Money: Outside Spending in Congressional Races." WOSU's Steve Brown spoke with Tojaki about his new book.
