Ohio is, once again, one of the biggest prizes in this year's presidential election. That's due in large part to the Electoral College, the centuries-old method based on candidates winning electoral votes. One of the biggest proponents for doing away with the system is Alex Keyssar, a professor of history at Harvard University and the author of several books on American politics.
