Dayton Looks To Rebuild With Immigrants

Many of Ohio's biggest cities are shrinking...and quickly. Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, and most of the state's other major cities are seeing people leave in droves. That includes Dayton, which Census officials now say is at its smallest since 1920. City leaders want to lure people back in, and one possibility is making the city more immigrant-friendly. For some insight into the "Welcomes Dayton" Plan, WOSU's Steve Brown spoke with Tom Wahlrab, the executive director of the city's Human Relations Council.
