Ohio Agencies Evaluate Budgets.

Agencies that get money from the state are starting to recover from the uncertainty that came with the budget impasse and the three week-long budgets that were passed in the meantime. And they're now evaluating what they can and can't do with the funds they're finally getting from the state's 50.5 billion dollar spending plan. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler checked in with the leaders of three of them.
