Concerns in Ohio Over Proposed Tightening of Federal Hate Crime Laws

Some in Ohio worry that a federal tightening of hate crime laws will mean a loss of freedom of speech.

Congress is considering hate crime legislation that President Bush is threatening to veto. Ohio already has its own hate crime law. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports on what some Ohio groups think of the bill in Washington D. C. right now.
