Jury Expert Says McCoy Jury Selection Process faces Unique Challenge

Selecting a jury for a high profile case is a difficult task.

Experts say it can be hard to find people who are able to put aside their opinions and block out what they already know about the case.

University of Dayton law school professor Dennis Turner is a former prosecutor and magistrate.

Turner spoke with WOSU's Mike Thompson about the process and how the highway shooter case may be unique.
