Summer Fun with Mr. J

June 14 – 17 | 6:00 to 7:00 pm
For ages 4 – 9 and an adult helper
Cost: $27

Love the Drawing with Mr. J digital series?  This is your chance to digitally meet Mr. J, ask him questions and draw along with him, live!  Mr. J will provide camp goers with drawing challenges, stories, and fun activities each day (or should it say evening). All activities will require some simple drawing materials you may have at home: “something to draw on and something to draw with.” Drawing with Mr. J Summer Camp is a great opportunity to spark creativity, while helping kids from ages 4-9 develop social and emotional skills, and to encourage families to have fun and meaningful conversations at home.

Supplies needed: Something to draw with and something to draw on!

Hero Elementary Superpowers of Science

June 28 – July 1| 6:00 to 7:00 pm
For ages 5 – 8 and an adult helper

This camp engages children as scientists to explore with curiosity, ask questions, make observations, and share discoveries.  These are skills that can make all humans truly super!  Each day after watching an episode of PBS’s hit new show, Hero Elementary, we will use our Superpowers of Science to investigate problems with hands-on activities. We’ll read books together and learn how to talk like a scientist. Hero Elementary inspires children and families to do real science to make a difference in our world.
