This time of year in particular, John Rutter's music and recordings are heard by millions around the world. The mention of his name brings to mind world-class choral music and performances. Something else that might surprise is the term record executive. In an effort to increase listening to and awareness of choral music, John Rutter took it upon himself to begin his own record label...one that continues today.
