Most seventh-graders don't have a career path mapped out, but Governor Kasich has proposed a plan to let students as young as 12 start vocational training and explore their options. This hour, we'll discuss Kasich's proposal, and talk about the skills gap facing the state. We'll also look at how vocational ed, now called career technical ed, started and where it's headed in the 21st century.
