Annual Memberships - provide immediate support for the great, noncommercial programming that you experience on WOSU. Almost 35% of our annual operating expenses are supported through memberships. If you choose to give at least $40, you will be recognized as a Friend of WOSU. In appreciation of your support, WOSU is pleased to offer other courtesies at a variety of giving levels including the WOSU MemberCard. Gifts of all amounts are appreciated and may qualify for your company's matching gifts program. If you would like to join or support WOSU, please e-mail us at members@wosu.org.

Matching Gifts - Hundreds of companies show their support of public broadcasting by matching dollar for dollar (or more) the gifts that their employees or retirees make to WOSU. If you work for a matching gift company, you can join the hundreds of other members of WOSU who take the extra step of working with their employers to support WOSU. (To set up your matching gifts, contact your Human Resources office to obtain a Matching Gift form; Fill out and sign the employee portion of the form completely; Send the form to WOSU Membership, 2400 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43210-1027.) If you have further questions, please e-mail us at members@wosu.org.

Special Gifts - Individuals, organizations, corporations, and foundations play an important role in supporting the mission of WOSU Public Media. In addition to annual gifts, some demonstrate their commitment to public broadcasting by establishing permanent funds for programming, technology, education and outreach, and student internships, purchasing equipment, and sponsoring special events.

Special Gifts may be made outright, or in memory or honor of others. Contributors at this level are recognized through commemorative naming opportunities such as areas within the broadcast center, in AirFare Magazine and other publications, and by invitations to special events. If you would like to make a special gift, please e-mail us at plannedgifts@wosu.org

Planned Gifts - You may wish to contribute to the future of public broadcasting at The WOSU Stations through a planned gift. There are a variety of ways to accomplish this and enhance your financial and estate plans. In addition, these gifts may reduce your income and estate taxes. Naming The WOSU Stations as beneficiary of your charitable gift annuity, remainder trust or will are a few of the ways in which you can help leave a legacy to preserve the news, art, entertainment and education that is public broadcasting for future generations. If you would like to make a planned gift, please e-mail us at plannedgifts@wosu.org.

Corporate Partnerships - Your company can be a valuable partner in bringing quality television and radio to life through WOSU. Program and production underwriting, special event sponsorship, AirFare advertising and in-kind donations are just a few of the ways in which businesses support WOSU. A wide variety of opportunities are available to suit companies of all types and sizes. Corporate support may be recognized through on-air acknowledgements and in AirFare Magazine. If you have further questions, please e-mail us at underwriting@wosu.org.

If you have questions about or need further assistance with these opportunities, the WOSU development staff would be happy to assist you. Please contact us at 614-292-9678.
