Student Interns enjoy the WOSU Experience

| August 20, 2012 | 1 Comment

Corinne Gleckler, All Sides Intern, said some wonderful things about her experience at WOSU this afternoon at the giant freshman bash at Nationwide Arena designed to get frosh involved in the Columbus community.

The multimedia event included President Gee, Mayor Coleman,  Coach Thad Matta, Jeni of Jeni’s Ice Cream and a number of OSU and community “stars.”  Part of the show was designed to discuss the internships possibilities for OSU students in Columbus.

Corinne said she found her calling while interning with Ann Fisher on All Sides.  WOSU spends over $75,000 annually to support student staff within the organization, while also having staff teach a broadcast production survey course within the Department of Theatre.  Students help our efforts tremendously and we help them get valuable professional experience.

A true win-win.
