More than 100 people attended a statewide summit exploring voting-rights issues in Ohio and advancing a proposed constitutional amendment that would put certain guarantees in the state Constitution.
A group of Ohio students will be travelling to Mississippi to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the historic Mississippi Freedom Summer. The Ohio Student Association will join other organizations next week as they work to preserve and strengthen voting rights in the country.
