A man captured in Mexico and then convicted for kidnapping and raping a 9-year-old Ohio girl is to be sentenced Thursday in southwest Ohio.
Two more people have been indicted on charges of firebombing the house of a 71-year-old rape victim.
Ohio State university earlier this week issued a crime alert after a student was sexually assaulted outside a laboratory. Federal Law mandates Universities and colleges notify students when a serious crime happens on campus. But not everyone on the OSU campus received the alert.
