A resolution honoring Ohioan and Olympic athlete Jesse Owens has been approved by the U.S. Senate.
The state says Ohio’s unemployment rate dropped in February. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services said Friday that the seasonally adjusted rate in February was 6.5 percent, which was down from 6.9 percent in January.
