The state says Ohio’s unemployment rate dropped in February. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services said Friday that the seasonally adjusted rate in February was 6.5 percent, which was down from 6.9 percent in January.
A series of automatic federal budget cuts known as the sequester looms at the end of the week, and the White House has put out a list of how those cuts might affect Ohio. But the only thing thatâ€™s clear about the possible sequester is thereâ€™s a lot of confusion.
