More Than 200,000 Ohioans Without Electricity From Sandy
Sandy has been downgraded from a hurricane, but it continues to bring high winds and torrential rainfall for much of the East Coast and Midwest.
Tens of thousands of Ohioans are still without power after Superstorm Sandy brought high winds and the season’s first snow to some parts of the state overnight.
