Columbus Residents Cope With Numbing Cold

Early morning temperatures across Ohio Tuesday were are on the back side of zero. The frigid air has forced closure of schools for a second day. Columbus Public Schools and all Franklin County suburban districts canceled classes. Otherwise Central Ohioans are coping with the cold.
