Thursday opponents to Ohio’s new election reform law submitted signatures in an attempt to repeal it. The law would change the rules for absentee voting. Another bill pending at the statehouse would require Ohio voters show a photo ID. WOSU Commentator Andrew Grant Thomas says requiring a photo – ID is unnecessary.
