A Columbus man accused of posting Twitter threats against president Barack Obama today entered a plea in federal court in Columbus. 36 year old Daniel Temple of Columbus pleaded guilty to one count threatening the president.
A Columbus man accused of posting Twitter threats against President Barack Obama has been released from federal custody while he awaits trial. U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Deavers Tuesday ruled that the government failed to present “clear and convincing” evidence to hold 36 year old Daniel Temple.
