Federal data says toxic emissions are declining in central Ohio.
The Columbus Recreation and Parks department has released its list of Rec. centers it plans to close. Come the beginning of the year it will close eleven centers. The closings come as the city tries to close an $83 million budget shortfall.

While attending a health conference in Columbus, Center Deputy Director Doctor Melinda Wharton says too many pre-schoolers have been showing up in emergency rooms and clinics with serious flu symptons.
