A North Carolina prosecutor says an autopsy has left unanswered the question of whether a pregnant Marine from Ohio gave birth before she was killed. But the coroner for the Camp Lejeune area says they have determined that the death of Lance Corporal Maria Lauterbach was from a head injury. Authorities are looking for Marine Corporal Cesar Laurean, a suspect in the death of Lauterbach. They are using billboards as part of an effort to locate Laurean.
