The Juneteenth Ohio Festival kicks off Friday at its new downtown location. The event celebrates what happened 149 years ago today when the last slaves were freed in this country.
Juneteenth festival organizer Mustafaa Shabazz says he expects more than 100,000 people over the 3 day event.
