Holiday moods often run the gamut between joy and melancholy. And, an Ohio State University researcher says an individual’s great expectations have a bearing on whether someone smiles or frowns. College of Social Work Professor, Gilbert Greene, says the key is to identify whether stress is likely to help or hurt one’s mood.
Shining The Light On Public Records Requests In Ohio
A recent survey showed small government agencies were highly responsive to public record requests.
Associated Press Legal Affairs reporter Andrew Welsh Huggins wrote about the survey which took place in April.
He says nine of every ten requests made were granted. Welsh-Huggins says the results were a marked improvement over a similar test ten years ago when only 70 percent of requests were successful.
