An attorney who served as a legal guardian for hundreds of people in central Ohio has been indicted on charges alleging theft, records-tampering and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Grand Jury Indicts Suspect In Ohio Wesleyan Stabbing
A Delaware County Grand Jury has indicted a man for the stabbing of an Ohio Wesleyan University student.
Authorities say 23-year-old Nicholas Eber stabbed OWU student president, 21 year old Anthony Peddle at a fraternity house earlier this month.
Peddle was treated and released at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Eber is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault, aggravated burglary and tampering with evidence.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Eber.
