An internal audit of Columbus City Schools reportedly shows the practice of changing student data without documentation continued at least into the summer of 2013.

The Columbus Dispatch reports an internal audit released Wednesday shows a sample check of withdrawal records showed half had no documentation to prove they were accurate or called for.

The district is still climbing out of a more-than-year-long scandal that followed revelations of administrators changing thousands of student records that factor into state report card scores.
