Winter Weather Returning After Brief Respite
Put those shorts and t-shirts away.
After being teased with a day of spring-like temperatures, Central Ohioans preparing for at least one more blast of winter.
A winter storm warning was in effect Wednesday for much of northern Ohio, where 4 to 8 inches of snow are expected.
In Columbus and surrounding areas, a mix of rain, sleet and snow will make for some hazardous driving conditions, while southern Ohio will see lots of rain.
Snow accumulation in central Ohio should be an inch or less as temperatures drop sharply throughout the day, settling into the 20s.
The storm comes on the heels of a pleasant day Tuesday that saw temperatures in the 60s in many areas of the state.
Much of Ohio saw record snowfall and cold temperatures in a winter that just won’t end.
