Temperatures dropped to single digits Thursday morning in some parts of Ohio following a storm that dumped as much as 10 inches of snow in Central Ohio. Cleveland received between 3 to 6 inches. Cincinnati largely struggled with ice. Many schools report delayed starts this morning.
