With even more frigid temperatures forecast for Tuesday, Central Ohio school districts have cancelled classes for a second straight day. Columbus City Schools and Ohio State University have closed for Tuesday. Click for a complete list of cancellations.

A television station reports that a former eastern Ohio high school football player has been released from a juvenile detention center less than a year after his conviction for raping a 16-year-old girl after an alcohol-fueled party.
