January is off to a bitterly cold start with sub-zero wind chills and blowing snow. While it’s expected to warm up a bit this weekend, the temperatures at the beginning of next week could break some weather records. WOSU talked with NBC 4 meteorologist Ben Gelber to get some perspective on the brutal start to the winter season.
