Veteran journalist Carl Hoffman believes he’s solved one of the great mysteries of the 20th century. In 1961 at the age of 23, Michael Rockefeller – son of New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller and a member of one of the richest and most powerful families in America ¬– travelled to remote New Guinea in search of primitive art for his father’s new museum.
Coroner: Woman Died Of Aneurysm, Not Injuries From Fight
The Franklin County Coroner’s Office says a Circleville woman who died during a street brawl died of a brain aneurysm.
An autopsy of 21-year-old Brittany Jeffers showed no signs of blunt-force trauma or other major injuries. Police say Jeffers willingly engaged in the March fight that likely elevated her blood pressure and caused an artery to rupture.
Jeffers’ death was originally listed as a homicide and her mother says she still thinks her daughter was murdered.
