Tea party activists and other Ohio conservatives opposed to President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul will rally against it at one of House Speaker John Boehner’s district offices.

The “Pull the Plug” rally against what they call “Obamacare” is planned Tuesday afternoon at the West Chester Republican’s congressional district office in Troy, about 20 miles north of Dayton.

Among those expected to participate is former Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, along with leaders of tea party, anti-abortion and other groups.

Boehner has been a critic of the overhaul, but he and other GOP leaders think it would be politically unwise to trigger a government shutdown to prevent funding for it.

Why is that? People are considered crazy for not wanting the federal government to forcefully mandate you to take part while they exept themselves? Not only is it frustrating and costly, its illegaal by constitutional law.
