Fracking Pact Leaves Ohio Environmentalists Skeptical

For the past week, a new coalition of environmentalists, energy companies, drillers, and philanthropic groups has been touting itself as a breakthrough toward forging agreement over the controversial natural gas drilling technique called “fracking. ”
