A northeast Ohio school district plans to allow a science teacher to carry a firearm during class, a move the superintendent says was prompted by last month’s mass shooting at a Connecticut elementary school.

The science teacher at Orrville City Schools is also an officer with the nearby Lawrence Township Police Department.

The local superintendent says there was little opposition to the move from the district about an hour southwest of Cleveland.

Sure, all the guy has to do now is pull his gun and charge into the hallway every time he hears a disturbance. Thank goodness THAT doesn’t happen very often in a schoolhouse!!!
