Dublin, Worthington, New Albany school levies pass; UA fails
School levies in Dublin, Worthington and New Albany have passed according to unofficial vote tallies, while Upper Arlington’s levy lost badly.
The New Albany levy, however, could sway to the loss column after provisional ballots are counted. Unofficial results say it’s leaning to the “yes” column by just 40 votes.
The Upper Arlington schools tax levy lost big with 11,641 votes again the levy and 9,578 votes for the measure.
Dublin schools’ tax levy passed with 18,164 votes for the measure, while there were 14,605 votes against the levy.
Worthington school successfully passed two issues. The district’s tax levy passed 16,335 yes votes and 14,238 votes against. Worthington’s bond issue passed 18,911 votes to 11,460.
