Franklin county prosecutors say two people have been indicted in a Bureau of Motor Vehicles scheme to get identification for undocumented immigrants.

An indictment accuses Sekou Bayoh Kpoto of taking hundreds of dollars from people, then directing them to a Gahanna BMV office where Betina Young would issue them valid state ID cards and drivers licenses.

Kpoto and Young have each been charged with five felony counts of tampering with records.
