Democrats in the Ohio House of Representatives are proposing a plan they say could help cities and schools avoid thousands of layoffs over the next year.

    Democracy is increasing in this Ohio city day by day.People can not do any work without its support.So now they are recommended for many dollars at a time.But if it is continued then no one will be able to solve any problems.
