		<description><![CDATA[History teachers may add the Bill of Rights, the Emancipation Proclamation and especially the Constitutional amendments, but the exams won&#039;t cover them, apparently.

We haven&#039;t known until recently just how government doesn&#039;t work, so that has been a lesson.  It is understandable why Kasich would not want to instruct about how Civil Rights and the Equal Rights Amendment advanced or didn&#039;t advance as the case may be.  Kasich does not believe in equal rights for women, of course.  Why would he want children to be instructed in them.]]></description>
