Ohio State University vice president Joyce Beatty is leaving her post permanently as she continues her campaign for Congress. Beatty had taken a leave of absence to run for Franklin County’s new third District.
The state says a federal judge and a federal appeals court erred in ruling that Ohio does not follow its own execution procedures.
