Minority Democrats have been criticizing GOP leaders for not moving ahead with setting up the federally-required health care exchanges.(Photo: Flickr)

For several months, minority Democrats in the legislature have been complaining that Ohio is not moving ahead with plans to create a health care exchange that would make medical insurance available to people who don’t have coverage.

Since they still see no movement by Ohio’s Republican governor or GOP legislators, the Democrats are introducing their own bills to set up an exchange. Click the play button at the top of the page to hear Bill Cohen’s full report.
