Republicans who dominate the Ohio legislature have been looking at a plan that would allow even more parents to get government vouchers for tuition at private schools for their kids. Advocates of public schools have been adamantly against the idea. And they remain so, even though the proposal’s main sponsor is suggesting some limits on the new program.
