The Ohio Supreme Court has fast-tracked a lawsuit challenging the state’s new congressional districts.

The court ruled yesterday that Democrats challenging the bill establishing new U.S. House districts and Republicans defending it must file initial paperwork by tomorrow.

At issue is an appropriation state Senate Republicans tied to the map, which made it take affect immediately and made it referendum-proof.
