OSU To Consider Privatizing Parking

The head of Ohio State says the university is looking at privatizing its Traffic and Parking Services on it main Columbus campus. Traffic and Parking oversees permits for more than forty thousand students and employees.

Appearing on “All Sides with Ann Fisher” this morning OSU President Gordon Gee said the university needs to focus its energy and money into teaching and learning.

Gee said he is willing to sell other university assets such as the airport or golf courses in an effort to support the core mission of the university.
