A Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted 40 people in what has been called the largest crystal meth seizure in Central Ohio.
Public employers and unions this year are reaching contract settlements more easily. The agreements at the bargaining table come as a new collective bargaining law is scheduled to take effect on July 1.
